Preston’s Promise Food Pantry is a community-led service supporting individuals and families.
Our aim is simple: to ensure no one in Preston goes hungry or feels alone during difficult times.
The pantry provides food items, including fresh produce, cupboard staples, and household basics. It operates on a low-cost model, allowing people to choose three items for £1, helping households stretch their budgets while maintaining dignity and choice.
The food pantry is open every Saturday from 11:15am to 12:00pm and is located at Frenchwood Community School, Frenchwood Knoll, Preston, PR1 4LE
Preston’s Promise is built on kindness, respect, and community spirit. There is no judgement and no complicated process — just practical support for those who need it.
With the help of volunteers, donors, and local partners, Preston’s Promise aims to reduce food insecurity, strengthen community ties, and offer hope during challenging times.
