On July 12th, 2025, Preston’s Promise had the pleasure of collaborating with Fulwood Scouts.
The scout leaders and their enthusiastic young scouts came well-prepared to support our pantry session. From the moment they arrived, they rolled up their sleeves and got involved — helping to set up the pantry, warmly serving customers, and showing kindness and big smiles throughout.
Their eagerness, curiosity, and positive energy lit up the whole space. It was heartwarming to see young people so committed to making a difference in their local community.
This initiative not only gave them practical experience but helped nurture core values such as compassion, generosity, teamwork, and social responsibility — values that will guide them through life and benefit the wider society, in shaa Allah.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the dedicated scout leaders, the selfless volunteers of Preston’s Promise, and most importantly, the amazing young scouts who gave their time and hearts to serve others. May you all be rewarded for your kindness and efforts.
